Why We Chose Accord
For over 45 years, Accord has been dedicated to improving our members’ working lives - campaigning every day for secure jobs, fair reward and dignity and equality at work. Hear from Accord members in Lloyds Banking Group about why they chose to join, and what being part of the union means to them.
What does Accord mean to you?
For the past 45 years, Accord has been dedicated to improving our members’ working lives. But not everyone at Lloyds Banking Group or TSB knows about Accord or the benefits of joining us. At our Conference in April 2024, we asked some of our reps what being part of Accord means to them.
Why should you consider becoming a union rep?
Some workplaces and branches within the network may not have a local rep, but it’s important that your voice is heard too. Our local reps provide invaluable support, keeping us informed of key issues and ensuring we stay connected with all parts of the organisation. Watch our video where people like you share their thoughts and experiences on why they decided to stand up and ensure their colleagues’ voices were heard.
