What does Accord mean to you?

For the past 45 years, Accord has been dedicated to improving our members’ working lives. But not everyone at Lloyds Banking Group or TSB knows about Accord or the benefits of joining us. At our Conference in April 2024, we asked some of our reps what being part of Accord means to them.

Some workplaces and branches within the network may not have a local rep, but it’s important that your voice is heard too. Our local reps provide invaluable support, keeping us informed of key issues and ensuring we stay connected with all parts of the organisation. Accord Vice Presidents elected

Accord’s Principal Executive Council (PEC) has elected Allison Howie and Donna McGeary as Vice Presidents for the PEC term which runs up until Conference 2026. Sheeba Hamid from Insurance & Wealth division in Halifax was re-elected unopposed as the PEC lead on equality, diversity & inclusion issues.
