Carol Knowles
Carol works for Halifax in the Bolton branch. She's been a member of Accord since she joined the bank in 1984, and has held a number of positions within the union's structure during that time including being a member of the Principal Executive Council since 2006. Carol will now serve as president until Accord's biennial conference in 2026.
