This webinar is designed to help you gain a clear understanding of the various types of support offered by the Bank Workers Charity while highlighting the importance of seeking intervention at an early stage.
The truth about addiction (05/06/2024) - We teamed up with the Bank Workers Charity to look at the effects of addiction in the workplace, the impacts on professional environments and individuals' overall wellbeing. This session aims not only to impart valuable insights into the prevalence of addiction but also to present strategies that nurture a more open and supportive workplace environment.
The line manager: A key to employee wellbeing (21/03/2024) - We teamed up with the Bank Workers Charity to identify those managerial behaviours that are most strongly associated with high levels of productivity as well as of wellbeing and we will show how managers are the most important factor in creating a wellbeing culture.
