Join the TUC for a discussion with Sally Buffard, legal expert at Labour Research Department, who will discuss how union reps can manage the redundancy process.

The session will include identifying what makes a fair procedure and will explain unions’ right to challenge mass redundancies through the collective consultation procedure as well as individual rights.

Webinar participants will earn a TUC digital credential to add to your individual learning pathway.
