In order to carry out the duties required as an Accord rep, we need to train and accredit you. We do this through online training called eBites. As well as online training, we will offer from time to time classroom style training.
Our rep induction programme gives you everything you need to get started in your new role as a workplace representative. We'll build on this through further training and the support of your local Accord Officer.

If you need support with any of your training, contact your local Accord Officer who will be able to assist you.
Accord has over 500 trained workplace representatives across the country who are there to help when things
aren't going so well. Reps are the beating heart of the union, and often the first port of call offering
advice, guidance, information, and representation.
No other union in either LBG or TSB can match this network of support.
