This webinar from the Bank Workers Charity looks at both the perimenopause (the transition into menopause) and the menopause and provides guidance on where to get specialised support. It also looks at the significant impact of menopause in the workplace, and at how some employers are becoming menopause friendly. This is a free webinar, and is designed for, and open to, all genders.
About a third of the UK female population are peri or menopausal, however it still remains difficult to talk about and there is still too little awareness about what it is and how it’s experienced.

It also looks at the huge impact of menopause in the workplace, and how some employers have become menopause-friendly.

Sandwich generation carers are people who have caring responsibilities at both ends of the age spectrum. They’re still looking after their children but have also taken on responsibility for looking after an elderly relative, usually a parent. There are estimated to be 2.4 million sandwich generations carers in the UK and at times their lives can feel very stretched by these responsibilities, especially if they're also holding down a busy job.
We've teamed up with the Bank Workers Charity to explore different aspects of the lives of sandwich generation carers and review steps psychologists have identified to help avoid the multiple demands taking a toll on health and wellbeing.
