Members say YES to pay review 2023

Our members’ ballot closed at noon on Friday 25 November.

A record 65% voted in the ballot and of those, 87% were in favour of the proposals.

General Secretary Ged Nichols said:

"We’re delighted that the deal we negotiated with LBG is so well supported by members. We worked hard to produce a deal that will deliver sustainable value over time. Also, reaching agreement early means members and their families will have less to worry about as the end of the year approaches. It will make a real difference to many families in these difficult times."

The certificate from the independent ballot scrutineer is available to view here.

Accord listens to all members and there are issues from those who voted against the proposals that we will try to address.

We’ll say more about this next week when a full analysis of the ballot results has taken place.
