How do I login to the website

You don't need to login on our website in order to access guidance or support - in fact the only reason to login is to check or update your membership details.

To login, click the My Profile button, and enter your email address - this will be either a work email address or a personal email address that we hold on file for you. If you're unsure, try the email addresses you normally use.

You’ll be sent a login link which will expire after 15 minutes. If you can’t see it in your mailbox, make sure you check your junk folder. Once you’ve clicked on the link, you’ll be directed to your member profile where you can view and edit the information we hold for you.

Having problems?

You may get a message saying: ‘email address not recognised’. If you get this message, it means we have a different email address on your record, so try any alternatives you may use.
