You can join us at any time, but bear in mind that if you're joining with a pre-existing issue, we'll only be able to give you telephone & online advice - we can’t offer representation for that particular issue.
For anything new that arises during your membership, you'll be entitled to full support and representation, as long as you’ve maintained your subscription payments with us.
