Join Keith Brand, Senior Solicitor at Thompsons Solicitors who will discuss the legal implications of workplace restructuring processes.

Keith will explain what a restructure at work means, and talk through strategic issues involved when an employer decides to reorganise a workplace to make redundancies. He will give a brief overview of what restructuring rights workers have in relation to contractual changes, fire and rehire, TUPE regulations and redeployment.
