During the session, you'll be joined by Jo Seery from Thompsons Solicitors who will give an update on recent case law and we'll take a look at some of the complexities around the new employment laws coming into effect in 2024.

Jo is a highly experienced senior employment rights solicitor and is also responsible for producing and providing training for the firm’s trade union clients.
