Young people entering the world of work today face a multitude of challenges such as job insecurity, low pay, and exploitation. Knowing your rights at work is essential in order to begin to tackle some of these challenges.
Join The Equality Trust for the launch of our ‘Your Time, Your Pay’ report which explores young people’s experiences of the labour market and reveals the extent of wage exploitation young people are currently being subjected to. Our report includes a list of key recommendations for government and trade unions to consider.
The event will provide an opportunity to discuss and reflect upon the findings of the report as well as hearing from some of the young people who co-produced the report.
Full speaker line-up will be announced soon.
