The days are shorter, the expenses are higher, and the temperature is colder. So it’s somewhat unsurprising that for many people winter is the season that takes the biggest toll on wellbeing.
Many of us experience lower energy levels, and less motivation to be active or even leave the house for a walk. In fact, as many as 2 million people, are affected by Seasonal Affective Disorder, a type of depression which is often linked to the reduced exposure to sunlight in autumn and winter.
But just as the seasons change, so too must our own behaviours and habits change with them, in order to minimise any detrimental impact to our wellbeing.
In this webinar we explore how winter impacts the four pillars of wellbeing, and how we can use this awareness to adapt our habits to live seasonally.
