School concrete crisis
The breaking news over the weekend that hundreds of schools may be forced to close because they contain reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) has created uncertainty for teachers, pupils and parents alike – right at the start of the school year.
Some schools across England have already given parents the difficult news that they will not be opening on time.
Whilst we don’t yet know the scale or length of the disruption, we expect Lloyds Banking Group to support working parents impacted in line with its planned and unplanned disruption policy.
We'll update members if anything changes.
