TSB has announced today that it is making changes in Customer Service Operations in a number of sites which will impact 128 partners.
Accord has secured a commitment from TSB to avoid compulsory redundancies if possible.
The impacted staff are being offered advice and support from the union as they discuss re-skilling for alternative roles in the bank or voluntary redundancy.
