It's time to elect your workplace rep

Every two years in September, Accord holds elections for its workplace reps. The time has come for members in Lloyds Banking Group to self-nominate to take part in the 2023 elections.

Accord's reps’ structure consists of three different roles in the branch network; branch rep, pool rep and area rep, and two roles in the operational sites in LBG; site rep and site business lead rep.

This structure means we can give the best service to members and strengthens our voice at every level of the business.

For more information about becoming a rep, the election process and to read the role profiles, visit the 2023 rep election site.

Anyone who is interested in taking on the role of branch / site rep will need to complete a self-nomination form by 5pm on Friday 8th September.

If an election is needed, candidates will be contacted and an election will be arranged. As per the union’s rules, any elections must be held before the end of September.

Election results will be communicated to candidates early October.

Elected reps will have a 2-year term of office until the next elections in September 2025.

Good luck to all members who choose to stand in the elections.
