Transforming wellbeing through inclusivity

We've teamed up with the Bank Workers Charity for a wellbeing webinar to explore wellbeing initiatives and what it means to be truly inclusive.

A clarity is emerging - there is no wellbeing without diversity and inclusion. Wellbeing initiatives are designed in principle for everyone but have often failed to address the needs of the whole workforce and be truly inclusive.

However, things are changing. Wellbeing strategies are beginning to embrace broader issues that can impact our overall health & wellbeing including support on issues such as fertility, menopause and carers needs. It's a more nuanced approach, recognising that workplace wellbeing doesn't exist separately from inclusion and diversity.

Webinar overview:

  • What is diversity and inclusion
  • How do diversity, inclusion and wellbeing intersect
  • Inequalities that directly impact wellbeing at work
  • What does wellbeing with inclusion look like
  • The future of wellbeing

This event is hosted by Accord through the Teams platform.
