Congratulations on choosing Accord!
You’ll be joining 25,000 members to help make Accord’s voice even louder when dealing with your employer on the things that really matter to YOU.
As a member, you will get a host of exclusive benefits, including free legal and financial advice, as well as a dedicated travel club.
Accord has around 1,000 fully trained workplace representatives who are there to help you.
The union is also committed to regular communication with members via a quarterly magazine, regular emails, newsletters, twitter and this dedicated website.
Accord is a grown-up union that believes there’s a right way and a wrong way of achieving results.
With so many members, Accord already has an important seat at the table when discussing matters that affect its members. But it wants an even bigger voice. The more members Accord has, the stronger it will be when negotiating on your behalf about fundamental issues such as pay, pensions, and terms & conditions.
Membership brings free confidential advice and support on work-related matters plus access to a wide range of services such as free legal and financial advice and discounted holidays. There’s also the chance to win £5,000 in the monthly Subscription Draw plus a 24 page quarterly magazine.
