Module 2 – Stepping up

This module is aimed at helping reps to take the next step in their role and start representing members in formal procedures. It is important to note that reps can NOT represent members in formal procedures until module 2 has been completed. This course is focused on the key policies and procedures that reps are likely to use when representing members. This course should only be undertaken by reps who wish to represent members in policies and procedures.
