Join the TUC for a discussion around how reps can advocate for period rights at work. We'll be joined by speaker Elysha Paige, Bloody Good Employers & Development Director at Bloody Good Period, an organisation dedicated to advocating for period rights and menstrual equity.
- They'll share the challenges faced by menstruating individuals in the workplace.
- They'll discuss the importance of period rights and how they impact employee well-being, productivity, and equality.
- They'll explore practical steps and policies that can be implemented to support menstrual health and create a more inclusive work environment.
- They encourage reps to engage in a dynamic Q&A session where you can ask questions and share your experiences.
