In October 2024, the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 introduces a legal duty for employers to ensure they protect workers from sexual harassment at work including harassment from third-parties.

Join Rebecca Thomas, Head of Employment Policy at the Equality and Human Rights Commission who will give an essential update to reps and discuss what they should expect their employers to do to comply with the new law.
