Event details

Being a union rep can be extremely stressful and the risk of burnout can threaten your mental health and wellbeing. Stress and the risk of burnout are a genuine and a growing risk to our mental health.

Join Dr Miriam Fine, Personal Development and Healthcare Quality Improvement Coach, who will explore and discuss ways to identify and deal with the emotional challenges of being a union rep and the external pressures you face. Dr Fine will share helpful techniques you can use to influence your own emotional state and offer tips you can share with your workplace.

Become a Rep

Accord has over 350 trained workplace representatives across the country who are there to help when things aren't going so well. Reps are the beating heart of the union, and often the first port of call offering advice, guidance, information, and representation.

No other union in either LBG or TSB can match this network of support.
