Bank Workers Charity: The line manager and wellbeing

Watch the recording

Event details

Research shows that for nearly 70% of us, our manager has as much impact on our mental health as our partner — and even more than a doctor or therapist.

As businesses increasingly focus on employee wellbeing, this webinar from the Bank Workers Charity will explore how managers influence their team’s mental health, both positively and negatively. We’ll identify key managerial behaviours linked to high productivity and wellbeing and discuss why managers play a crucial role in building a positive workplace culture.

What you'll learn from this session

This is an externally hosted event by the Bank Workers Charity through the Zoom platform. Accord is not responsible for the material.
