Approximately 1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime. And many of us will either work with a colleague or know someone, who has been impacted by abuse. We may even have lived experience ourselves.

As a society, we recognise that domestic abuse needs a co-ordinated community approach, with support at work playing an important role. The criminal justice system cannot tackle this issue alone. We've

We've teamed up with the Bank Workers Charity to look at how we can create a work culture where it is safe to come forward to talk about abuse and access support. We also look at examples of the support available through the Bank Workers Charity.
