Sandwich generation carers are people who have caring responsibilities at both ends of the age spectrum. They’re still looking after their children but also look after an elderly relative, usually a parent. This webinar from the Bank Workers Charity looks at both the perimenopause (the transition into menopause) and the menopause and provides guidance on where to get specialised support. This is a free webinar, and is designed for, and open to, all genders.
