Good news Tuesday
Following talks between Accord, Unite and TSB, some changes have been announced today that will benefit many members in the bank.
The headlines are:
- Grade B pay in Customer Operations is being increased
- ‘Entry’ salary minimum will increase from £17,700 to £19,000
- ‘Competent’ salary minimum will increase from £18,700 to £20,000
- ‘Proficient’ salary minimum will increase from £19,700 to £21,000
- Increases to pay for Money Confidence Experts
- The level 3 Fully Accredited Pay Progression level will increase from £20,700 to £21,000
- The level 3 Fully Accredited Pay Progression level will increase from £20,700 to £21,000
- Mobile Money Confidence Experts will have their monthly allowance increased to £250 from £150
- Grade C people managers in Customer Banking and Customer Operations minimum salary will increase to £24,000
- Allowances under the travel and mobility policy will be payable for two years rather than the current policy of one year
Full details are being announced to the staff who will benefit today. All changes are effective from 1st July 2021.
