TSB update on Covid & other issues

Here’s a quick update on our on-going talks with TSB:

Covid-19

We continue to make progress with the key member concerns and these have been addressed by TSB’s Branch Banking Director, Carol Anderson, at our meetings and in her updates.

We know that the situation can change rapidly with government updates from around the UK and we want to reassure you that as these happen, we work with the business to see what responses may be needed. But we also know that one size doesn't necessarily fit all. So, if you feel your individual situation isn't being supported, please do raise it with your line manager in the first instance and come to us if the matter can’t be resolved. See contact details below.

Alongside other businesses, we're asking TSB to look at what more can be done to educate customers about not visiting branches more than they may need to and to ensure safety advice is being observed.

Pay

We're in the midst of pay negotiations and hope to have an update for members early in February - so watch this space.

Policies

As previously reported, we're talking to the business about changes to certain policies. The next one on the agenda is Travel and Mobility. We'd welcome your thoughts on the current policy and what improvements you'd like to see.

Please continue to send in your feedback and we'll include it in our discussions with TSB. We do keep the feedback anonymous but if you'd prefer, you can send yours in via your Accord rep.

Please remember, it's only Accord and Unite that the business is meeting with and listening to.
