Members’ pay ballot opens today – please vote.
Accord members in Lloyds Banking Group have been sent an email from Civica Election Services (CES) today with details about how they can vote in the consultative ballot on the 2023 pay proposals.
No agreement has yet been reached. What happens next is down to Accord members.
Accord’s Principal Executive Council is recommending a YES vote.
The ballot will close at 12 noon on Friday 25 November 2022.
