Members’ pay ballot opens today - please vote.
Accord members in Lloyds Banking Group have been sent an email from Civica Election Services (CES) with details about how they can vote in the consultative ballot on the 2022 pay proposals.
No agreement has yet been reached. What happens next is down to union members.
The ballot will be open until 12 noon on Friday 18 March 2022.
Members have been asked to watch this short video message from Accord's General Secretary, Ged Nichols, before voting:
"We need the highest possible level of voting and a clear outcome so we can decide next steps. Please vote. It’s really important."
