Joint discussions are ongoing
We wanted to update you on our recent engagement with LBG on the platform operating model and the continued dialogue we’re having.
The latest meeting took place in mid-August when we had an open discussion about the progress made since the changes to the Platform model were implemented as well as some of the challenges still being experienced. The business was keen to say they were continuing to seek, listen to and respond to colleague feedback about the changes.
There were no specific change proposals put forward at the meeting, but the engagement will continue.
We also discussed skills for the future. We encourage members generally to take up opportunities for skill development. We’re also keen to understand (and help to overcome) any barriers.
