Diligenta has published its pay proposals for 2024 following negotiations with Accord and Unite.
We’ve been working hard to secure an offer that was clear and transparent, and to put more money in members’ pockets when they need it most. We're pleased that Diligenta is making above inflation pay awards to the vast majority of our colleagues for 2024 and have agreed to formally become an accredited Real Living Wage employer.
The proposed pay increase percentages are detailed below:
Less than £80,000
The minimum award is 4.25%*
£80,000 or more
3.90%
* The minimum increase includes any uplifts to the new minimum salaries of £23,400 (37.5hr FTE) or £21,840 (35 hr FTE) in line with the 2024 Real Living Wage. Colleagues who received an increase to the National Living Wage in April will also be eligible to receive the increase to the Real Living Wage.
Further details and the full eligibility criteria are explained in the 2024 pay review eligibility principles.
Pay increases will be processed in June’s payroll and backdated to the 1st April 2024.
We’re pleased that Diligenta has responded positively to the negotiations but we want your feedback. Please complete this short survey to let us know your thoughts. The survey will close at 5pm on Tuesday 7th May 2024.
The more members that take part, the stronger our voice will be.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. And thanks, as always, for being a member of Accord.
