It's time to elect your workplace rep

Every two years in September, Accord holds elections for its workplace reps.

The time has come for members in Lloyds Banking Group to self-nominate to take part in the 2021 elections.

At the end of 2019, we changed our rep structure and moved to a new model that includes three different roles in the branch network; branch rep, pool rep and area rep, and two roles in the operational sites in LBG; site rep and site business lead rep. Check out the rep role profiles.

This structure means we can give the best service to members and strengthens our voice at every level of the business.

The election process

For more information about becoming a rep, the election process and to read the role profiles, visit the 2021 rep election site.

Anyone who is interested in taking on the role of branch / site rep will need to complete a self-nomination form by 5pm on Friday 17th September.

If an election is needed, candidates will be contacted and an election will be arranged. As per the union’s rules, any elections must be held in the last week of September (week commencing 27th).

Election results will be communicated during October 2021.

Elected reps will have a 2-year term of office until the next elections in September 2023.

Good luck to all members who choose to stand.
