14 February 2018: President & PEC election – ballot papers issued

It’s time for members to vote for their preferred candidates for the role of Accord president and the 17 available seats on the Principal Executive Council (PEC).

Ballot papers were posted to members’ home addresses on Tuesday 13th February.

The candidates’ election statements and biographical details are enclosed in the ballot papers. It’s recommended that members read them all before casting their votes.

There are 2 candidates for the role of President and 24 members seeking election to the PEC. The successful candidates will take office from the end of the 2018 biennial delegate conference in Leeds on 20 April 2018. Their period of office will run until the end of the biennial delegate conference in 2020.

Popularis Ltd of Nutsey Lane, Totton, Southampton SO40 3RL has been appointed as the Independent Scrutineer of the election.

The ballot closes at noon on Friday 9th March 2018 so make sure you get your votes in early.
