Rep Training Courses

In order to carry out the duties required as an Accord Rep, you must attend at least module one of the union’s training programme. Please look below to see what each module contains. You are entitled to paid time off to attend all of these courses, but you must give adequate notice and agree the time off with your manager.  Accord will pay any reasonable expenses you incur by undertaking the modules.
