Find your rep
There are nearly 1,000 reps in almost every HBOS workplace across the UK, and their contact details should be on your
union noticeboard.
Some major employment sites such as Trinity Road Halifax, Harbourside Bristol and Lovell Park Leeds have several Accord reps.
It’s important to know who yours is – because you never know when you might need them in a hurry.
Many reps have had special training in how to deal with certain situations that might arise at work, for example disciplinaries or changes to working patterns.
And if you ever need advice about anything to do with work, your rep will be able to help you immediately or will certainly know who at Accord to contact for the answers.
