26 January 2017: Unhappy with your end of year rating?
The Accord helpline has received lots of calls from members unhappy with their year end rating.
It’s important staff are appraised properly and that ratings fairly reflect performance. Ratings will determine the level of pay increases and bonus payments members receive. It may also influence future promotion opportunities and affect job security.
So if you’re unhappy with your rating, you should challenge it.
