18 May 2017: Mid-year talks and ratings – advice for members

The mid-year performance management process in Lloyds Banking Group is about to begin.

To kick things off, staff will have a chat with their line manager to discuss their performance since the start of the year and to determine actions and outcomes.

It’s important that members update their balanced scorecards. This will give line managers an idea of how they’ve performed against their objectives since year-end reviews.

Mid-year ratings will be communicated in July and August.

It’s really important that members are appraised properly and that their rating is a fair reflection of their performance.
